Shipping Policy
Decadent is a one-woman show. So with that we need just a tad bit more time to package and get your treats out the door.
All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days. During Sales & the Holiday Season, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, and for safety and contamination concerns, all sales are final. Please be confident in your selections before finalizing your purchase.
If there are errors on our part, we will happily make it right at no additional charge to you. Please send us an email to info@decadentaesthetics.com.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Products
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we turn your order over to USPS/UPS, ownership transfers to you. If the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. You may file a USPS claim here and file a UPS claim here.
If your package arrives damaged, please send an email to info@decadentaesthetics.com, with the subject line 'DAMAGED'. Please include the following in the body of your email: order number, tracking number, and photographs of the damaged shipping box and product(s).
Pre-Orders
All soaps on this site are currently made using the cold process method, which requires a curing time of at least 4 weeks. Some items might be listed as a pre-order, and if purchased, will ship only after the date mentioned in the product description. This requirement is not only for your safety, but to also ensure that you'll have a bar of soap that will be long-lasting.
Custom / Sample Orders
We love custom orders! Please check out section of the website to grab your custom loaves. Please include any scent /color requests in the comments, and we will be in touch for further details where necessary.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your either payment method. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information can cause a delay in processing, or cancellation of your order.
Soap Care
Like any bar of soap, all artisan soap bars should be dried out in-between uses. This allows for a longer lasting bar of soap. Please use a draining soap dish to help prolong the life of your bars. We carry cedar soap trays, which can be found here.
Ingredient Disclaimer - The Necessary Truth
Regulations set forth by the FDA prohibit bath and body companies from making health-related claims about beauty products. I am not a medical or healthcare professional and do not claim that the use of my soap may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in my listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in my soap. Please consult a medical professional for treatment of serious skin conditions. As always, I recommend speaking with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product while pregnant and or while nursing.
